Once the meeting was over I stood and made my way over to *+Beck Hadrian. He looked over as soon as I stepped next to him.* “Are you sure you can get us close enough to that cabin, Loretta!” I smiled but I know that it didn’t reach my eyes. I’m going to do my best to get us in that cabin not just close to it. Beck nodded. I’m going to get my coven and granddaughter and get to work. How much time do we have? He looked at the clock on the wall and I turned to look as well. It was 10:30 am. Beck looked back to me. “I’d like to be heading for that cabin by 1:00 pm.” Nodding I said. That should be plenty of time for me too come up with the perfect spell and a plan to best get Kaiyo and the witch. Beck nodded again and I turned and walked out the door, my coven and Ali, Wade, Frank and James following me. We stepped out into the main part of the station and moved to the far corner of the large room. Once we were there everyone started talking at the same time. “What are we going to do?” This came from Dreya, but before I could answer her, Thomas started talking. “This is ridiculous, Lettie. We don’t know what kind of spells this witch is using.” I wanted to scream. Stop! Everyone just stop. I have an idea if you want to hear it? Everyone stopped talking and looked at me. Alright! First of all the witch has to have someone helping her. The magic she’s using is very old. If you let your magic flow, you would feel it too. My coven looked at me before closing their eyes. I looked over at Ali and she was just opening up her eyes and she nodded. “I can feel it. It’s very old and it feels like at least two witches.” * I smiled at Ali then looked each of my coven members in the eyes.* Do you feel it? Everyone nodded and I continued. We need to split them up. We out number them. They won’t be expecting so many witches to come after them. The spell will be easy and they won’t know what hit them. I have everything we’re going to need in my Jeep. Go get everything ready. I looked over and saw Slade making his way over to us so I gave my instructions to the coven and waited to see what *+Slade Michaels** wanted.*

    One minutes I was taking Kaiyo outside to safety and the next all hell was breaking loose. Males and even a few females were running out of the cabin. I turned and yelled to Reese as a male tried to take him on without shifting into his animal. That was a mistake the male would never make again. He hit a tree and I heard his back snap right before his body slumped to the ground. Reese’s bear growled before he turned and loped over to where I was protecting Kaiyo. I watched as *+Kimiko Nakatomi DPI and +Takahiro Yanahi DPI engaged males with swords and that’s when I realized who had come out of the cabin. They fought like Samurai. Fucking Senichi had sent some of his pack to attack us. I stood slowly as a Japanese male made his way to us. Keeping my eyes on the male I moved towards him. Keep Kaiyo safe Reese! His low growl was the only thing I heard as I lifted my sword and with a growl of approval from my wolf, I began to fight. The male countered my every swing of my sword. He was good but I had a few tricks. We moved as if it we were dancing in a fight scene from a movie, but this was real. I ducked as he tried to cut off my head. Swinging my sword as I spun I cut his side. He staggered back a few steps and yelled, his wolf coming to the surface. I jumped in the air and landed in back of him and cut off his head. Yes, I was a physician and saving lives was everything to me but the shifters had come to kill me and my family and I wasn’t going to let that happen. Turning I moved in to take down the next male as I looked over and saw Kimiko. She was graceful as she moved in to kill the male she was fighting. A female made her way over to my sister and yelled. “Kimiko?” That was all I heard because two males had stepped in front of me, swords held high as they moved towards me. I pulled out my other blade and grinned before running to meet them.

    My skin crawled the closer we got to the cabin. Something was off, but I couldn't figure out what it was. I didn't pick up on more than just a couple beings inside the cabin. I wanted to run to Julian to check on my sister, but held my ground beside my mate. I drew my swords when the first male ran out of the house, he headed towards Reese. Then a pack of Ninja's came out of nowhere. I looked at Takahiro and smiled. His eyes twinkled with excitement. Is it wrong that I craved what was about to happen? With one last glance towards my sister, I knew she was safe. Reese wouldn't let anyone near her. Together Taka and I stormed towards the first of our kind. Some were pack members others I didn't know. I searched for Senichi, wondering If he had the balls to come himself. The first male I approached I didn't know, we both swung our swords, meeting hit for hit, but he was slow and I felt a sense of awe when his head hit the ground and his body a few seconds later. I took another male down before a female approached me. She took the mask off her face. * "Kimiko?" * I was shocked to see one if my close friends in front of me. She was a wife, mother and successful attorney. Her family lived in our village but she commuted to the city three days a week for work. I refused to let my guard down. "Sakai, why?" * She swallowed hard. * "Senichi, he's taken our young and elderly. He has them locked up, we are only allowed to see them for a few minutes a day. If we don't obey him, he has threatened to kill them. He has even kidnapped other packs young, to force them to join us. He's built a whole army to come for you." * We both looked around us at the other's battling it out. Taka was fierce with his swords, no one could match him. The witches fought with green energy balls. I wasn't sure what Wade did. He stood in one place and concentrated on one person and before they reached him they fell to the ground and appeared to be dead. I looked back at the female that was once my friend, unsure now. There were so many dead already, but they kept coming. * Is there anyway to stop this, before there are more deaths? * She shook her head no, fear in her eyes. * Is Senichi here? * She shook her head no again and took up a fighting stance. I wasn't sure I believed her. * I'm sorry for this, but you give me no choice. * She nodded at me and then lunged. We battled for a few short seconds before I decapitated her and moved on to the next fighter. The sounds of fighting, metal on metal, groans of pain filled the air. For every threat that came at us, another took it's place as soon as it was dispatched. I felt the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end as I watched my mate swing his sword in an arch decapitating two males at once. He looked around, ducking a green energy ball just in time. I breathed heavily as I looked around. There was so much death, a piece of me died knowing that once again I was forced to take more innocent lives. Senichi had forced my hand again, he had to die. I looked over to where Reese had been fighting and realized that he was gone, so was my sister and my brother. I searched frantically for them forgetting about the battle in front of me. * "Kimiko!" * Hearing Taka's voice, I turned just in time to leap and roll across the ground and miss being cut or worse. My attention was taken away from my missing sister and back to the battle at hand. *

    * The sounds of fighting, metal on metal, groans of pain filled the air. For every threat that came at me, another took it's place as soon as it was dispatched. I felt the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end and watched as Taka swung his sword in an arch decapitating two males at once. Slade and I guarded each other's backs, but we were out of our league with plasma balls and samurai soldiers. Reese had disappeared with Kaiyo and Julian. "Kim! Who are these..." I was cut off when a body slammed into mine and we hit the ground, rolling. My claws burst forward and I swiped at the mask my attacker wore. The face beneath it was feminine and sad. "What the hell?!" I tried to buck her off of me, but she brought her sword up. "Whoa, whoa! Let's talk about this, okay? I don't want to kill a woman." She shook her head and swung the sword down. I watched her head loll off her shoulders and her body collapsed back. Kim stood behind her, sword poised. "Thank you." I leapt up and shifted just as my four paws hit the ground. I stalked behind Taka as he hunted the last samurai. I could see and smell better this way. Loretta and Wade were tying up the witch. I smelled him before I saw him. "Senichi sends his regards and asks for your head." His voice was muffled, his sword pointed at Taka. "We don't always get what we ask for." Taka growled, his sword at the ready. I was sick of this shit. Without warning, I leapt and snapped my jaws around the samurai's neck, jerking as we went down. His head smacked Takas chest before sliding to the ground. Take that home, bastard. I thought before trotting back towards the vehicles. We needed to get to town and assess the injuries and the dead, not to mention deal with a certain witch.

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together. It was cold and the sky was just turning a bright orange in the eastern sky. I didn't relish the tasks ahead. I put the truck in gear and headed into town. We didn't have a large police department. It was a few offices for Slade Michaels and Cole Ross, the other enforcers were directed by them. Slade and I had talked about bringing Vincent Gaines on, but it hadn't gotten any further when we were called to help Bianca. Now that the females had pulled the stunt they did, he may not stick around long enough for me to offer him the position. We had eight holding cells, each one made with reinforced silver. They stayed empty most of the time with the exception of a drunk or two needing to sleep off their drink.
