* I got the crystals for myself, Jules and Jasper her guard. I had Bernice mark our names off of the list, thanked Mrs. Blackstone and let Slade and the others know I'd be back soon. I drove home, my anxiety over this whole situation growing but, I knew once I saw my Jules it would be alright. I parked and got out as Jasper made his oresence known. I thanked him for staying and told him I'd be leaving sgain soon to help with making sure everyone in town had their crystals.     * My heart did a little flutter when I heard Cole's voice. Poking my head around the corner, I smiled. I squealed when he picked me up and moaned into his kiss. * I'm trying out a new recipe! What do you have? * Cole set me back down on my feet and pulled some crystals out of his pocket. I looked at them, but hesitated before grabbing one. Cole took one and placed it to his heart and I gasped when it began to glow. He smiled down at me. * "It's to help keep us safe. I promise it won't harm you. Place it against your heart." * I looked at it and then placed it against my heart and watched as it glowed. It felt warm and had a bit to a pulse to it, but other than that it didn't do anything. I looked back up at Cole. * I felt it earlier when the spell was put in place. Things must be pretty bad if we've had to bring a witch in for help.

    Yeah, you're right. Mrs. Blackstone wants everyone protected in case the witch that took Kaiyo has anyone helping her. * I shook my head.* This is crazy. I swear this town needs a break, something happy. * Jules hugged me and I held her tight for a moment.* Take this crystal and put it on the bookshelf in the living room. It'll keep our home safe. You, stay inside where I know you're safe. Okay? I have to give Jasper his crystals and let him run home to protect his place. Then he's coming back here to watch over you while I help Beck and the other's. Please, stay inside, Jules. I don't want to be worried about you while I'm working.

    * Wrapping my arms around Cole's neck I hugged him. * I will babe. But please be careful. I couldn't do this life without you. * Cole kissed me. * "I love you, Red. I'll be safe, promise." I love you more. * Tears welled in my eyes as he walked away. I returned to the kitchen deciding that keeping myself busy was the only think to keep my mind occupied enough to not worry myself to death. I hoped that they would find this witch soon and bring Kaiyo home. I hadn't gotten to know her well, but she was a part of this pack and Julian's sister. This was where she belonged. *

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack.
