* After seeing Beck off to work, I cleaned the kitchen and got Thomas ready for the sitter. He was happy because he'd be home with Raja and he liked Sally, she'd watched him before and the two of them got along great. I called +Chloe Cross , +Meghan Danvers and +Jules Corvin to make sure we were all still on for today and received a phone call from Slade. He told me Brennan was at her family's old home and he knew the girls and I were going to help with clothes for her but, would we mind helping to straighten her place out, clean, maybe hunt up some furniture. I agreed and went to gather some cleaning supplies. I knew the others wouldn't mind helping and, it could be our big finishing task on our community service. When I had everything I thought we'd need, I loaded it up in the SUV. Sally showed up and I stood outside talking to her before leaving to pick up Jules. Chloe and Meghan would met us there..*

    So, that's what Ian is working on. I called him and he said he was busy, that he'd call me back. * Brennan looked at me and I smiled.* Ian Holder is my mate. I met him here, he worked at the bar Chloe and I own. * She smiled sadly and looked at her phone. "There was a family named Holder that lived here but, the parents died. It was a long time ago. I didn't know them or anything." I nodded and sighed a little.* Yeah, that's my mates family but, no worries. He's so awesome and, now he's a police officer for the pack. He loves it. * Brennan smiled at that and I could tell she was genuinely happy for Ian, for the rebirth of the town she grew up in. There was a soft knock on the door and Jackson, Raes guard stepped in with pizza, Taylor behind him with our drinks. I got up to help them so they could get back outside. Brennan joined me. Her smile wider, her cheeks pink from blushing. " How'd you know that Ian was..the one?" I nodded and turned to look at her.* I knew because my wolf knew and we couldn't stop thinking about him, everyday, all the time. * She bit her lip, nodding as she grabbed a soda. I took pity on her, not wanting to push my new friend into talking.* Let's eat, I'm starving and, you'll soon realize..I love to eat. * She laughed and we joined the others sitting in a circle on the floor.*

    * We ate like teenagers just picking a slice up and chowing down. I looked at my circle of friends and felt blessed to have them and I knew that Brennan would soon feel at home and comfortable around us. She ate and looked at all of us. * "So are all of you mated?" * We all smiled and nodded. * Vincent is my mate. He's also a police officer but owns restaurants in New York. He has good people in place to keep them running and successful so he doesn't have to spend much time there. I met him here in McGregor soon after Meg and I opened the bar. * Brennan nodded and looked at Jules. She smiled. * "I'm mated to Cole, who is Rae and Jordan's brother." * Brennan's eyes went a little wide and she looked at Rae. * "My mother grew up here, but met my father at a young age. Since things were so bad here, my grandparents were glad when she met her mate and moved away. I inherited my grandparents old house and all the land that came with it. We are in the process of building a house out there." * Brennan eye's lit up. * "This place really has changed then. Maybe I'll be able to... * she shrugged shyly * meet someone and start a life for myself." * We all agreed and secretly looked at each other. We could sense that she had someone on her mind. *

    * I held the phone Julian gave me in my hands. There were only a few numbers programmed into it so far. Julian's cell, the clinic, And The McGregor police station. I looked around the room at my new friends and handed Rae the phone.* Can I have your number? You know..so we can talk more. * She nodded and took it, adding her number to my contacts. Then, she handed it to Jules who did the same, then Chloe and Meghan. Meg handed it back to me, her smile huge. " Now, you're one of us." That meant more to me than I could ever tell them. Everything looked so bright for me now. Now, I was finally home.*

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together. It was cold and the sky was just turning a bright orange in the eastern sky. I didn't relish the tasks ahead. I put the truck in gear and headed into town. We didn't have a large police department. It was a few offices for Slade Michaels and Cole Ross, the other enforcers were directed by them. Slade and I had talked about bringing Vincent Gaines on, but it hadn't gotten any further when we were called to help Bianca. Now that the females had pulled the stunt they did, he may not stick around long enough for me to offer him the position. We had eight holding cells, each one made with reinforced silver. They stayed empty most of the time with the exception of a drunk or two needing to sleep off their drink. In fact, you attempted to seduce me, which means you will stop at nothing to get what you want. I have yet to determine what exactly that is. But its detrimental to my pack. And I will not allow it. * She was sobbing now. * I just wanted Julian. I just wanted him to love me! * I shook my head. * He doesn't feel the same, Mia. The last female like you caused a lot of hurt as well and she almost killed members of my pack. I cannot stand by and let this happen. I will not. You broke trust. And you crossed the line thinking you could seduce me. * She hit her knees. * Alpha, please! Give me another chance! I will stay away from Julian! I'll do anything, ANYTHING to make this right. Just please, don't banish me!! * I shook my head as I gave the signal to be let out. * You'll be escorted out tomorrow morning. You will have exactly two hours to pack and clear out your things. * She was still sobbing. * Where will I go? * I stepped out of the cell. * I don't know, Mia, nor do I care. But you won't be here. And I shouldn't have to tell you that if you attempt to come back to McGregor land, you'll be killed on the spot. * I slammed the bars closed. * I hope that you take this chance and become a better person. Perhaps find a pack that will accept you. * She hit the bars, screaming. * I don't need you or your fucking pack! I didn't act alone! And everyone knows that the only reason you won't banish the others is because of who they mated and your mate is one! * I growled. * You know nothing of what I will do. Don't push me, Mia. It's too easy for me to have you executed. And it'd be supported. * I left her screaming behind me as I made my way back upstairs. I was due to meet with Jules, Meghan and Chloe in an hour. I wanted to be done with this whole thing so I could move on. I had bigger issues to deal with and this was just pissing me off. I left Mias file for Cole to finish up and then headed to my office for round two. *
