I stepped out of the station and into the bright sunlight. For a moment I had to shield my eyes until they adjusted. It was still cold out but, you could smell spring in the air. I walked a bit further and opened the bag with my belongings in it. I pocketed my wallet and my keys, put my watch back on and looked at my cell before throwing the empty bag in a trashcan by the sidewalk. I was surprised when I tried to turn my phone on and it worked. There was only one person I wanted to call, I knew she was pissed and probably hated me but, I had to reach out to her. I dialed her number, and ot went straight to voicemail. Sighing, I left her a message. Kimiko, I know you're angry, I understand that but, if you'd give me a chance I'd like to explain it all to you. The Alpha released me this morning. I have pledged myself to him and this pack. I'll be at the rental if you'd like to talk. I...love you, Kim.

* I hung up and started walking toward my cabin when +Ian Holder pulled up to the station. He waved me over and I stepped up to his open window." I'll drive you to your place. We need to talk about a couple things." I nodded and walked around to the passenger side. I got in and Ian pulled out. " Glad you're out and all that?"* I shrugged and looked out the window.* I guess. I have a few things to rectify, make right. * Ian nodded. " Yeah, I can understand that. I jate to add to your list but, the rent is passed due on the canin." I growled low.* Sorry about that. Would cash be alright with you? * Ian smiled. " Not a thing wtong with cash." I chuckled and shook my head, looked out the window and wondered how Kimiko was doing.*

    * We drove in silence for a minute and I thought about what it might mean if his Alpha stopped payment on things. * So I'm guessing if your Alpha stopped payment on things, that isn't a good thing? * Takahiro smirked. * "No it's a very bad thing. He probably knows that Kimiko and I have decided not to do our job. I'm guessing I don't have wheels either. I'm gonna have to remedy that fast. I need to talk to Kimiko. There's a very good chance that trouble could be showing up soon. * Takahiro looked stressed and I didn't blame him. He had a lot on his plate. * Look, I'm guessing since your out, Beck has decided that you are no longer a threat. While you reside here, we'll help protect you and the females.

    I appreciate that, Ian. I'd love to stay here, make it our home. Well, if Kimiko can and will forgive me, that is. * I let my head fall back against the head rest.* I'll have to get a vehicle. I'm sure with enough money I can get something delivered. * That was the least of my worries, but I did need something to drive. I had to let Kim know we were in danger.* I want you to know that I'd fight for this town. I've grown fond of it, even after being in the jail. * Ian barked out a laugh, making me chuckle but I meant exactly what I said.*

Got it? * Takahiro took the card and looked at it. * "Thanks man." * Take a couple days to get your life back on track. Holler at me when you have the rent, no rush. * Takahiro nodded and shook my hand. * "I appreciate it, I'll prove my worth to you guys. That's a guarantee. Thanks for giving me a chance and not just tossing me out on my ass."

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together. It was a few offices for Slade Michaels and Cole Ross, the other enforcers were directed by them. Slade and I had talked about bringing Vincent Gaines on, but it hadn't gotten any further when we were called to help Bianca. Now that the females had pulled the stunt they did, he may not stick around long enough for me to offer him the position. We had eight holding cells, each one made with reinforced silver. They stayed empty most of the time with the exception of a drunk or two needing to sleep off their drink. And I will not allow it. * She was sobbing now. * I just wanted Julian. I just wanted him to love me! * I shook my head. * He doesn't feel the same, Mia. The last female like you caused a lot of hurt as well and she almost killed members of my pack. I cannot stand by and let this happen. I will not. You broke trust. And you crossed the line thinking you could seduce me. * She hit her knees. * Alpha, please! Give me another chance! I will stay away from Julian! I'll do anything, ANYTHING to make this right. Just please, don't banish me!! * I shook my head as I gave the signal to be let out. * You'll be escorted out tomorrow morning. You will have exactly two hours to pack and clear out your things. * She was still sobbing. * Where will I go? * I stepped out of the cell. * I don't know, Mia, nor do I care. But you won't be here. And I shouldn't have to tell you that if you attempt to come back to McGregor land, you'll be killed on the spot. * I slammed the bars closed. * I hope that you take this chance and become a better person. Perhaps find a pack that will accept you. * She hit the bars, screaming. * I don't need you or your fucking pack! I didn't act alone! And everyone knows that the only reason you won't banish the others is because of who they mated and your mate is one! * I growled. * You know nothing of what I will do. Don't push me, Mia. It's too easy for me to have you executed. And it'd be supported. * I left her screaming behind me as I made my way back upstairs. I was due to meet with Jules, Meghan and Chloe in an hour. I wanted to be done with this whole thing so I could move on. I had bigger issues to deal with and this was just pissing me off. I left Mias file for Cole to finish up and then headed to my office for round two. *
