You females ready? * I was at the front door waiting for Kimiko and Kaiyo. The girls had decided that they wanted an American Christmas, complete with a fresh cut tree. I did some research and found a Christmas tree farm where we could pick and cut down the tree we wanted. I was about to call out to the girls again when they both appeared, all bundled up and ready to go. We headed out and I put the address in the GPS.* I hope you two are ready for this.

    * The selection was too great, so instead of focusing on a theme, Kaiyo and I just started grabbing random ornaments that we liked. Before long we had a pile in the cart, large enough to probably decorate two trees. Taka followed us around without saying a word though I caught him grinning when Kaiyo and I argued over colored lights or clear. I won and we got clear twinkling lights. Satisfied with our finds we checked out and headed home. I couldn't wait to get the tree inside and decorate it. *

    * Taka stood against the counter watching us, he had become quiet and I could see something was was on his mind. I picked up the star and walked over to him, grabbing him by the hand, I smiled. * Put the star on tree? Please! * He grinned, letting me pull him across the room. Together we stood in front of the tree and I watched as he stretched to place the star on top. Kaiyo put the last ornament on the tree. * "This is so exciting! Are you guys ready to turn the lights on?" * Taka and I stepped back to get the full affect. * Ok Kaiyo, we're ready! * She plugged in the tree and I gasped. * Oh, it's perfect! * They both agreed. We stood in awe for a moment, Christmas music playing in the background. * "I have some studying to do, I'll be in my room." * I nodded at Kaiyo and waited for her to disappear into her room before turning to Taka. * Thank you, for making this day so memorable. * Taka grinned down at me, caressing my cheek with the palm of his hand. Closing my eyes, I turned into it, welcoming the affection. * "It makes me happy, to make you happy, Kimiko." * My eyes began to water and I felt the walls that I had built around my heart begin to crumble. *

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together.
