I knew she wasn't dead, there was something going on but her being dead wasn't it. I pulled into the long drive at Ian and Megs. After I parked, I sent Ian a text letting him know I was there and I turned the radio on while I waited for him.*

    * I beat the first male until he fell to the ground unconscious and bleeding. I could hear Mia screaming like a banshee and throwing rocks as us from the porch. I don't think things were going as well as she had planned. When I turned to face the second male Mia landed on back, scratching and clawing at my chest. She screamed at me like a crazy woman. * "You killed him you fucking bastard! I'm going to take you down and then I'll go after your mate." * I reached over my shoulders with both hands and gripped her shirt, flinging her over my head and onto the ground. She squirmed and tried to catch her breath. Just then I heard a battle cry and looked up to see another male charging at me. When he was close he leaped into the air, I moved to attack. Their was a deafening roar that definitely didn't come from a wolf and suddenly out of nowhere Reese Wallace appeared. He snagged the male mid leap and body slammed him to the ground. The two males struggled and I turned my attention back to Mia who had made it back to her feet. I could hear Cole fighting another male just on the other side of his pickup. Mia leaped at me with a knife in her hand, she swiped at me barely missing my chest. She cackled and I knew she had lost her mind. I snagged her by the neck turning her so her back met my chest, she lunged the knife into my thigh. My body tensed, I didn't yell, I simply grabbed her head with both my hands and whispered in her ear. * Threatening my mate was the worst possible move you could make. * I jerked her head quickly and you could hear the sickly sound of the bones breaking and skin tearing from the body. Pulling the knife from my leg, I tossed it into the back of Cole's pickup. I looked over to where Reese stood in human form, breathing heavy but two males laid dead at his feet. Cole stalked over to me and slapped me on the back. * "Well that was fun!" * I smirked and looked at Reese. * Where in the hell did you come from?

    My bear had been itching to get out since I moved to this town. But before I could relax and let him out. I made sure where I was living outside of town was safe to shift. Standing on my porch, it was a great morning. The air was nice and a light breeze flowed through. Stripping out my clothes, I folded them and laid them neatly on the chair. Stepping off my porch, I headed into the woods and let my bear take over. The change air came and my body shifted into a big brown grizzly. Letting out a roar, my bear huffed and took off into the woods. I sniffed pretty much everything I passed, my bear was loving the outdoor feeling. Coming across a creek I of course had to play a little and splash in the water while drinking some. Nice and fresh. Seeing a path, I had to let my curiosity take over and leaped out the creek and head up the trail. About five minutes into my walk I started to get an uneasy feeling. Slowing my movements to not make too much noise, I carefully spotted four men peeking out from some trees. Sniffing the air, I could tell they were wolves. Taking a step, the men moved out and that’s when I saw what was going down. I had heard something about a chick named Mia being banished from the pack. Moving to the opening, I knew now, she had set up the pack. When the wolves began their attack, I growled and rushed out. Ian and Cole were handling them self’s very well. But that crazy bitch was now attacking Ian. Seeing one of the men about to pounce on Ian. I roared and leaped on one tearing into his flesh killing him. The other male who was knocked out jumped to his feet and was shocked to see a grizzly, I quickly shifted back and quickly made eye contact with him. His anger was now fear. Are there others? Answer me now you piece of shit! The male shrugged. “You will never know.” Not waiting another second, I leaped towards him and twisted his arm, knocking him on his knees and quickly snapped his neck, letting the rest of his body hit the ground. Breathing hard I looked up, seeing Ian and Cole staring at me. Seeing Cole walk over to Ian and slap his back. “Well, that was fun!” Ian smirked and turned his attention to me. “Where the hell did you come from?” Grinning I walked over. Well, I was letting my bear out and I came upon this scene here. It looked like you could use a little help. So I let my bear have a little fun. Grinning at them. “Dude, all I heard was blah blah blah. You know you are naked right?” Cole pipped up and Ian and I both laughed Yeah, don’t be jealous. Grins I must of forgotten when I shifted back to help y’all.

    * I went to my truck and grabbed the old blanket I had covering the backseat. I carried it over to Reese and tossed it at him to cover up with before someone in this neighborhood saw him in his birthday suit. He covered up while I surveyed the scene at hand. Ian had tied a bandana around his thigh, the bleeding already slowing.* Fuck! I can't believe that lil bitch tried to have us killed. Ian, you alright? * He nodded, he still looked angry but he was standing upright and could walk.* Alright. I guess we have to load the bodies into the back of my truck and go back to the station. I'll call Beck and let him know what the hell happened. Shit. * I ran my hands through my hair in frustration. I had a tarp in the bed of my truck and I spread it out so hopefully we wouldn't get blood everywhere. Ian and Reese helped me load the bodies, we stacked them like cord wood, I didn't care how they landed I just wanted to get this shitshow over with. Reese gave me the blanket back and shifted into his Grizzly bear form. Ian and I watched him head back into the woods before driving back to the station to fill out paperwork and have the bodies taken care of.*

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together. It was cold and the sky was just turning a bright orange in the eastern sky. I didn't relish the tasks ahead. I put the truck in gear and headed into town. We didn't have a large police department. It was a few offices for Slade Michaels and Cole Ross, the other enforcers were directed by them. Slade and I had talked about bringing Vincent Gaines on, but it hadn't gotten any further when we were called to help Bianca. Now that the females had pulled the stunt they did, he may not stick around long enough for me to offer him the position. We had eight holding cells, each one made with reinforced silver. They stayed empty most of the time with the exception of a drunk or two needing to sleep off their drink. I parked in the space designated for me and made my way inside. * Alpha. * Bernice ran the front desk and she greeted me with a smile. * Good morning, Bernice. * She stood up. * You look tired, sir. * She handed me the file on Mia. This was a small town, she knew why I was here. And I will not allow it. * She was sobbing now. * I just wanted Julian. I just wanted him to love me! * I shook my head. * He doesn't feel the same, Mia. The last female like you caused a lot of hurt as well and she almost killed members of my pack. I cannot stand by and let this happen. I will not. You broke trust. And you crossed the line thinking you could seduce me. * She hit her knees. * Alpha, please! Give me another chance! I will stay away from Julian! I'll do anything, ANYTHING to make this right. Just please, don't banish me!! * I shook my head as I gave the signal to be let out. * You'll be escorted out tomorrow morning. And I shouldn't have to tell you that if you attempt to come back to McGregor land, you'll be killed on the spot. * I slammed the bars closed. * I hope that you take this chance and become a better person.
