* The meeting with +Beck Hadrian was intense and I was glad it was over. Beck excused us females, allowing us to go into the kitchen, there were other things that needed to be discussed with the males. +Raechel Hadrian peeked out the back door to check on Thomas. He and Raja were playing outside. I noticed Rae was extra quiet and though we were all scared and shaken up, she was even more so. She turned towards us, stepping away from the door. * "If you want to have a seat in the living room, I'll bring out sweet tea." * +Chloe Cross and +Meghan Danvers went to sit down, but I stepped up beside Rae, nudging her with my elbow. * Something is up, what's going on? * Rae sniffled and shook her head as she pulled 4 glasses out of the cupboard. * "You'll find out soon enough, Cole will tell you." * I panicked a little worrying about how bad things got between her and Beck, last night. * Is everything okay, between you and Beck? * She grabbed the tea out of the refrigerator and handed it to me before she started to put ice in the cups. * "Not any worse than it is between you and Cole or the other couples." * I nodded, trying to understand. I decided I was just going to have to wait for Cole to talk to me. I carried the glasses on a small tray and Rae brought the tea. We poured each of us a cup and sat down. Thirsty, I took a drink and almost moaned. My mouth and throat were dry from all the emotions. * So? How is everyone holding up?

    * I sat on the sofa with Chloe and Meghan, Jules sitting in the big overstuffed chair across from us. None of us were excited about speaking up, none of us looked rested, more like on edge. I tried to smile a little at Jules but, probably looked like I was in pain. * I'm really sorry about all of this. I should have stopped it but, I didn't think. * The back door banged open and Thomas ran in, Raja on his heels. " Momma, can I feed the chickens?" I nodded and smiled at him.* Sure buddy, that'll be helpful. Just dont let Raja chase the hens, and watch out for Sasquatch, you know how that rooster likes to sneak up on people before he attacks. * Thomas nodded and took off, Raja right there with him.* Sorry, he likes to help outside, inside not so much. As for how I'm holding up. It'll get better over time. I sat back and drank some tea and my stomach growled. I have some fresh muffins, anyone want one? * Everyone nodded and I got up to get them, check on Thomas and get a tissue. It was hard not telling them about Jordan but, I needed to wait until Cole knew.*

    * Rae walked into the kitchen a grabbed a basket off the cabinet. Sitting back down, she uncovered the basket, large muffins sat inside. * "Everyone help yourselves." * I sat forward and grabbed one. They smelled delicious and my stomach growled. I remembered that I hadn't had any breakfast and began to pick at the muffin. We were all quiet, this was nothing like our usual get together's. I sighed. * Vincent slept in one of our guest rooms last night and then moved all of his belongings out of our room this morning. * I could barely keep myself from crying. * And Rae, you can't blame yourself for our actions. We're all grown females. We knew better, and we did it anyways. This is not you're fault. * I saw everyone nod their heads in agreement. * We'll get through this, together. I'll do whatever it takes to earn my mate's trust again.

    * I gasped softly when CC said Vincent moved to one of the guest rooms. I felt bad for her, all of us because we messed up. Rae blammed herself but we would have none of that.* Yeah, CC is right. We are all adults, we just didn't think. * I took a breath and sighed.* Ian moved to our guest room and, he took back my engagement ring. * Chloe, Rea, and Jules all gasped loudly. I grabbed one of the napkins Rea had set out and dabbed my eyes.* He said we could start over, see how it goes. * I shrugged one shoulder.* So far, it's not going so well.

He'll come around. * I looked Chloe. * They both will. * I nodded and tried to give them both a reassuring smile. * At least you didn't get spanked, my butt cheek is still throbbing. * That made all three of the girls chuckle a little. * So? Who do you suppose is going to make sure we get our community service done? Give us our jobs for each day and so on? * Rae sighed and sat up. * "That would be me."

    I get that duty, as Alpha female. I'll keep track of everything we've done and give it to Beck to look over at the end of the week, each week. * Smiling softly as I look at each of my friends.* I think we can rock this, show our mates we do love them and can be trusted. We made a mistake and glady do what we need to do to fix it. * Each female agreed just as Beck opened his office door and Vincent, Ian and Cole stepped out. Cole hugged me and said everything would be alright and, kissed my cheek. He and Jules left followed by Ian and Meg and Chloe and Vincent. Slade grabbed a couple of muffins but I stopped him and gave him the whole basket. I told him to let me know what he needed, and I promised to cook for him. He one arm hugged me hard, thanked Beck and I and left. I started gathering up our tea glasses when Beck stopped me. " I'm angry Rae but, you know I still love you." I nodded.* I love you too. * I took the glasses into the kitchen when the back door banged open. Thomas and Raja came in, dirty but happy. Beck laughed and ordered them both back outside to brush off the excess dirt. I shook my head and added sweeping to the long list of things I needed to do.*

* Raechel Hadrian​​ was finally sleeping as I quietly dressed and left the house. I had to deal with Mia before I dealt with the females of the pack. I was still furious, but everything with Jordan McCormick​​ overshadowed it. I still needed to tell Mikaela Kieschnick​​. Maybe I'd call Damon Kieschnick​​ first. Let him decide the best way to tell her. She'd taken to Jordan right off the bat and I think Jordan had loved Mik too. I kicked the truck engine over and rubbed my hands together. It was cold and the sky was just turning a bright orange in the eastern sky. I didn't relish the tasks ahead. I put the truck in gear and headed into town. We didn't have a large police department. It was a few offices for Slade Michaels and Cole Ross, the other enforcers were directed by them. Slade and I had talked about bringing Vincent Gaines on, but it hadn't gotten any further when we were called to help Bianca. Now that the females had pulled the stunt they did, he may not stick around long enough for me to offer him the position. We had eight holding cells, each one made with reinforced silver. They stayed empty most of the time with the exception of a drunk or two needing to sleep off their drink. In fact, you attempted to seduce me, which means you will stop at nothing to get what you want. I have yet to determine what exactly that is. But its detrimental to my pack. And I will not allow it. * She was sobbing now. * I just wanted Julian. I just wanted him to love me! * I shook my head. * He doesn't feel the same, Mia. The last female like you caused a lot of hurt as well and she almost killed members of my pack. I cannot stand by and let this happen. I will not. You broke trust. And you crossed the line thinking you could seduce me. * She hit her knees. * Alpha, please! Give me another chance! I will stay away from Julian! I'll do anything, ANYTHING to make this right. Just please, don't banish me!! * I shook my head as I gave the signal to be let out. * You'll be escorted out tomorrow morning. You will have exactly two hours to pack and clear out your things. * She was still sobbing. * Where will I go? * I stepped out of the cell. * I don't know, Mia, nor do I care. But you won't be here. And I shouldn't have to tell you that if you attempt to come back to McGregor land, you'll be killed on the spot. * I slammed the bars closed. * I hope that you take this chance and become a better person. Perhaps find a pack that will accept you. * She hit the bars, screaming. * I don't need you or your fucking pack! I didn't act alone! And everyone knows that the only reason you won't banish the others is because of who they mated and your mate is one! * I growled. * You know nothing of what I will do. Don't push me, Mia.
