The only vampire here was Lily’s vampire, he masked his scent. The male moved to pick up more wood that was in the corner and stopped when he saw me. Should I engage? No! That would put our little firecracker in more danger. I huffed and slowly turned around to walk back into the woods. “Do you think that is one of them?” “Don’t be a damn fool.
